Easy Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. ground sausage
    2 cans corn
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 large onion
    2 pkg. corn bread mix
Preparation
    Chop onion.
    Brown
    meat with onion.
    Drain.
    Add corn, Ro-Tel and tomatoes.
    Mix corn bread as directed.
    Pour batter on top of meat mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
