Angel Biscuits (Buttermilk) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. lukewarm water
    5 c. unsifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    These are yeast biscuits and the dough can be kept in the refrigerator for several days so the family can have fresh baked bread for several nights.
