Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, chopped
4 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes, cut in small pieces
chili powder
2 cans chopped green chilies
salt and pepper
2 cans kidney or pinto beans
Preparation

Cook meat with onions until browned.
Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, chilies (do not drain juices) and beans.
Add salt, pepper and chili powder to taste!
Simmer at least 1 hour, the longer the better.
