Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed
    1 1/2 lb. browned sausage links, drained and cut into bite-sized pieces
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 1/2 c. milk or 1 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. eggnog
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix together and pour
    into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Let set 6 hours or overnight
    in
    fridge.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with 3 cups grated cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
