Ricotta Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon peel
    1 lb. 2.5 oz. lemon cake mix with pudding
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until lemony.
    Add cheese, lemon peel and vanilla.
    Mix well, according to package and pour into well-greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Carefully spoon cheese mixture over.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 minutes or until done (test with toothpick).
    Cool on rack 1 hour.
    Invert on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
