Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    3 c. milk
    12 slices bread, cubed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 lb. Old Folks sausage
    1 c. packaged grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Crumble and slightly brown sausage.
    Drain off grease; cool. In mixing bowl beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard.
    Add cubed bread and stir.
    Add cheese and sausage and put in glass baking dish 9 x 13-inch and place in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Set out a few minutes after baking, cut and serve.
    Serves 8 to 10.
