Vegetable-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium carrot, shredded
    2 c. broccoli flowerets
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    dash of freshly ground pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan bring water, bouillon, onion, celery, carrot and broccoli to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
