Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    6 eggs
    3 jars Gerber junior carrots
    3 3/4 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    18 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. walnuts
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together the sugar, oil, eggs and carrots.
    To this, add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; blend well.
    Add the crushed pineapple, walnuts, raisins and vanilla.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan or 10 x 15-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
