Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken breasts (boneless, floured)
10 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms (quartered)
1 tomato, freshly diced
2 tsp. freshly minced garlic
1 tsp. dry basil
2 Tbsp. roux
1 c. beef consomme
1 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
-
Saute chicken breasts.
Add each of the other ingredients, one at a time.
Cook this sauce down until it begins to thicken and serve.
