Sally'S Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine yeast
    and
    water
    in
    a
    small
    bowl, then add sugar. Let
    stand
    for 5 minutes.
    Add 2 cups flour, salt and oil.
    Mix until
    smooth.
    Add
    additional
    1 cup flour as you knead the dough.
    Let rise 10 minutes.
    Smash out or roll out to make
    pizza crust.
    Put
    crust
    onto a greased pan and add pizza
    sauce, shredded
    Mozzarella
    and/or Cheddar cheese and desired toppings. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
