Jiffy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    fruit (of your choice)
Preparation
    In a deep-dish baking pan, melt butter. Mix all other ingredients and pour batter into the melted butter pan. Place fruit of your choice in last. Cook until brown, about 40 to 45 minutes in an oven that is 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0.
