Barbecue Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork ribs (country style or boneless rib strips)
    1 to 3 bottles barbecue sauce
    water
Preparation
    Singe ribs on grill for 5 minutes on each side.
    Take off the grill.
    Arrange meat in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    (Use a small pan for a few ribs, or a larger one for company.) Cover the meat with the sauce.
    Add water to make sure the meat is covered with liquid. Place pan on the grill for 1 hour.
    Turn the ribs over after 30 minutes.
    The meat wil be so tender, you can cut it with a fork.
