Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan meats
Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and syrup, creaming constantly.
Add the salt to the eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Then add eggs to first mixture.
Add the vanilla and broken pecan meats and pour into a 9-1/2-inch pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
