Mini-Reubens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices cocktail rye bread
    2 Tbsp. soft butter
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 lb. corned beef, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    6 slices Swiss cheese, cut in half
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spread each slice of bread with 1/2 teaspoon each of butter and mustard.
    Place two slices of corned beef on each slice.
    Add a heaping teaspoonful of sauerkraut.
    Top with a piece of cheese.
    Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Cut, if desired, in half and serve hot.
