Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. chicken broth
    pepper to taste
    3/4 c. light cream
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add onion and cook over moderate heat until onion is soft.
    Add mushrooms; cover pan and cook several minutes.
    Remove mixture from heat and blend flour.
    Add stock slowly; bring mixture to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Stir in cream.
    Serves 6.
