Mom'S Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 tsp. mustard seed (optional)
1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1 small onion
1 small bay leaf
1 tsp. salt
about 14 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Pack shelled eggs in a large jar.
Add all remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Pour over eggs. Let pickle for about 10 days to 2 weeks.
