Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of potato soup (undiluted)
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower by package directions; drain.
    Combine all ingredients except chives.
    Blend until smooth with electric blender and blend until smooth.
    Add chives; heat well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
