Barbecue Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/4 c. barbecue sauce
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. original Minute rice
    1 c. sweet corn
    green and red peppers as desired (garnish)
Preparation
    Brown chicken in hot oil in a large skillet. Stir in barbecue sauce and water. Cover and cook over medium-low heat 20 minutes or until tender.
    Stir in rice and corn.
    Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
