Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. buttermilk (if you don't have buttermilk, mix 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice to 1 c. milk)
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. pecans
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar (1/2 cup at a time); add eggs 1 at a time.
    Add flour, buttermilk and pecans.
    Fill unbaked pie shell. Cook at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
