Thick Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, cut up
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 (1 lb.) cans kidney beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into Dutch oven.
    Add onion, garlic and bell pepper.
    Cook until beef is brown and vegetables are tender; stir frequently.
    Add remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
    Add kidney beans and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
