Ham Barbecues - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chipped ham
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    14 oz. bottle catsup
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Saute first 3 ingredients in margarine.
    In large pot, mix first 3 ingredients with next 8.
    Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve on hamburg buns.
