Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets
1/3 c. orange juice
4 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. oleo
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
Preparation

Drain beets, reserving liquid in saucepan. Add orange juice and cornstarch, stirring until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and clear. Add beets, butter, sugar and orange peel.
Heat through. Do not boil.
