Baked Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small chicken breast halves (about 2 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    6 small zucchini, cut lengthwise into halves, then into 2-inch pieces
    4 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices
    4 oz. small mushrooms
    1/3 c. margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. tarragon leaves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Remove skin from breasts.
    Place chicken, meaty sides up, in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan; sprinkle with paprika.
    Place zucchini, carrots and mushrooms around and over chicken.
    Mix remaining ingredients; drizzle over chicken and vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until chicken is done.
