Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Tbsp. low-fat buttermilk
    8 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    4 skinned and boned chicken breasts, pounded to 1/4-inch thick
    4 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic powder, onion powder and pepper
    12 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
    4 tsp. oil or 4 Tbsp. diet margarine
Preparation
    Combine buttermilk and cheese.
    Sprinkle chicken with flour and seasonings, then dip into buttermilk mixture, coating both sides and using entire mixture.
    Dip chicken into crumbs, turning to coat both sides.
    In small nonstick skillet, heat oil; add chicken.
    Cook, turning once, until done.
    Serve with 12 ounces steamed vegetables.
    Serves 4.
