No Bake Graham Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oleo (1 stick)
1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 stick of oleo
Confectionary sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers.
In a saucepan, mix together the egg, brown sugar, oleo and water. Cook until it comes to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add the graham cracker crumbs, coconut, nuts, salt and vanilla.
Mix well and spread over graham crackers.
Place a layer of crackers on top.
Mix together the 1/3 stick oleo, milk, vanilla and enough confectionary sugar to make a frosting.
Frost the bars.
