Cheese-Filled Phyllo Triangles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
dash of salt
dash of pepper
dash of nutmeg
7 sheets commercial frozen phyllo pastry, thawed
2/3 c. melted butter
Preparation

Spray skillet with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add onion and saute until tender. Remove from heat and add to mixture the\tcheese,
egg and seasoning. Set aside. Cut phyllo sheets lengthwise into 2-inch strips; brush 1 strip with melted butter. Place 1 teaspoon cheese mixture at base of phyllo strip; fold like a flag into triangles. Place seam side down on greased cookie sheets; brush with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
