Baked Corn With Cheese Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans corn
    1 bunch green onions
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Drain corn.
    Place in a shallow 9-inch dish.
    Saute green onions in butter; sprinkle with brown sugar.
    In small bowl, combine sour cream, mustard, black pepper and Cheddar cheese. Spoon mixture over corn and onions; sprinkle with Parmesan.
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
