Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated potatoes (raw)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 onion, grated
Preparation
    Pour off water from grated potatoes.
    Add remaining ingredients; beat well.
    With spoon, drop mixture into hot oil. Fry on both sides until crisp and golden brown.
    Drain on brown paper or paper towels.
