Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    2 c. water
    3 tsp. soy sauce
    2 c. chicken pieces
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a casserole dish; add rice, onion soup, water and soy sauce.
    Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture.
    Spoon on soups.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes to brown.
