David'S Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1 squirrel
    1 onion
    1/2 bell pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    4 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Clean squirrel. Wash good and brown meat.
    Add onion, bell pepper and parsley.
    Let simmer. Add water, salt, rice, pepper and Kitchen Bouquet. Stir.
    Bring to a boil, then lower fire and cover.
    Let cook until rice is puffy.
    Now enjoy some good cooking.
