Sausage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 loaf frozen bread dough
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 egg
6 to 8 crackers
Preparation

Let bread dough rise as directed, then press out on a greased cookie sheet.
Brown sausage.
Add chopped onion and green pepper. Cook until tender.
Stir in raw egg.
Add 6 to 8 crushed crackers to absorb moisture.
Spread on bread.
Roll up and seal, placing sealed side down.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
Slice and serve hot.
