Pineapple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 Heritage eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. melted Heritage butter
    2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple, chunk or crushed
    approximately 12 pieces day-old bread, cubed
    cinnamon
    allspice
Preparation
    Beat eggs with fork.
    Add sugar, melted butter, pineapple and cubes of bread.
    Mix well; place mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon and/or allspice.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
