Rapid Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boneless chicken breasts, cut in chunks
    1 large onion, cut in chunks
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. mild picante sauce
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 c. zucchini, sliced
Preparation
    Saute onion and chicken in a small amount of oil until chicken turns white.
    Drain.
    Combine the tomato sauce, picante sauce, cumin, oregano and basil and add to chicken.
    Place the zucchini on top.
    Simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice.
