Kay'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Grease free-form pan.
Make a zwieback or vanilla wafer crust. Line pan with crust.
Bake 5 minutes at 325\u00b0.
Let cool.
Mix Ricotta and cream cheese together until smooth.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Add 3 eggs, one at a time; mix well.
Mix cornstarch and sugar together.
Add lemon juice, vanilla and melted butter.
Add to cheese and eggs and beat with whisk until smooth.
Pour into crust.
Put in 325\u00b0 oven and bake for 1 hour. Leave in oven and turn oven off.
Leave it for 8 hours.
Remove and cool.
Store in refrigerator.
