Curry Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes chicken Rice-A-Roni or Uncle Ben's quick wild and white rice
    2 to 3 green onions, chopped
    1 small jar artichoke hearts, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts or pitted black olives
    1 small jar pimento olives, sliced
    1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
    1 c. mayonnaise or 1/2 mayo and 1/2 yogurt
    4 c. diced chicken
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed. Mix all together. Can be served warm or cold. Can also be made a day ahead.
