Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Add flour, salt and baking powder.
    Beat with a rotary mixer or whisk beater until smooth. Pour in pan of oil in a circular motion and turn when brown.
    Oil should be 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with 10x sugar or cinnamon sugar.
