Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Mix together the soup, water and sour cream.
    Layer potatoes, butter, cheese and soup mixture.
    Add seasoning.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until tender.
