Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    pinch of salt
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg white until stiff.
    Add vanilla, sugar and salt. Fold in 2 1/2 cups of pecans.
    Place separate pecan halves on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
    Bake 20 minutes at 210\u00b0.
    Leave on foil until cool.
