Easy Bake Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. shortening
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add milk, sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and half of the flour.
    Blend for 2 to 3 minutes, scraping bowl.
    Blend in remaining flour until smooth, scraping sides of bowl.
    Cover; let rise until double, about 1 hour.
    Turn onto floured board or wax paper.
    Use hand and press out to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with floured cutter.
    Place on greased pan or sheet.
    (I use 2 large frying pans, sometimes 3, according to size you cut them.)
    Let rise about 20 minutes.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until brown.
