Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can whipped Milnot
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 box (3 pkg.) graham crackers, crushed fine
1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix sugar, lemon juice and vanilla with the hot water and Jell-O.
Let stand for a few minutes until cool.
Add cream cheese (softened).
Fold in whipped Milnot.
Mix graham cracker crumbs with butter and press into bottom of dish.
Save a few crumbs for topping.
Pour cheese cake mixture over the graham cracker crust. Garnish with remaining crumbs.
