Chicken-N-Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or eqivilent pieces
    6 to 8 slices streak of lean
    1 onion
    2 or 3 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 (7 oz.) jar olives
    5 slices ham, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 lb. rice
    capers to your taste
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Remove chicken and save your broth.
    Remove skin and bones and return to your broth.
    Broth should be about 4 quarts.
    Fry out streak of lean until crisp.
    Let drain on paper towels.
    In drippings, fry out onion, garlic, bell pepper, ham and capers.
    Add olives and tomato sauce.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add this to your broth and chicken.
    Add rice.
    Simmer until your liquid is gone and rice is done.
