Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries
    1 pkg. strawberry jello
    1 baked pie shell
Preparation
    Put 1 1/2 pint strawberries in baked pie shell. Cook filling until it thickens. Remove from heat; stir in 1 small package strawberry jello. Cool, then pour in pie shell. Put in refrigerator to set. Serve with whipped topping.
