Barbecued Deer Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. deer chops
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Brown chops in skillet.
Remove and replace in baking dish. Brown onions and celery in butter.
Add remaining ingredients and cook slowly until flavors are well blended, about 15 minutes. Pour sauce over chops and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
