Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cranberries (12 oz. bag)
    1 c. apple juice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ground allspice
    1 large apple, cored and chopped
Preparation
    Combine cranberries, apple juice, sugar and allspice in medium size nonreactive saucepan.
    Bring to boiling. Lower heat. Simmer uncovered 5 minutes.
    Add chopped apple. Cook 5 minutes more. Serve warm.
    Yields 12 servings.
