Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    milk (to make medium-thick batter)
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. hot grease
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in iron skillet at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
