Mediterranean Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 c. large whole ripe pitted black olives
    1 c. thinly sliced red onions
    1 green pepper, cut in chunks
    1 red pepper, cut in chunks
    1 tomato, seeded and chopped
    1 c. Kraft golden Caesar dressing
    fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
Preparation
    In a deep, straight-sided salad bowl, layer vegetables.
    Pour on salad dressing.
    Cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Toss before serving; garnish with parsley.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
