Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. fryer or 8 split chicken breast (I like to use chicken breast)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan.
Skin side up. In a separate bowl; mix other ingredients and spread over chicken. Baste often.
Bake covered 1 hour, then uncovered 1 hour in a 300\u00b0 oven.
