Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. chopped chicken
    12 hard-cooked eggs
    3 lb. diced celery
    2 oz. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    3 c. mayonnaise
    2 (No. 2) cans crushed pineapple
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2/3 c. French dressing
Preparation
    Chicken should be cooked, boned and chopped, then marinated in French dressing for 2 hours before putting salad together.
    Cook rice in chicken broth until tender.
    Put all ingredients together and chill well before serving.
    Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 50.
