Impossible Brunch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli or chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1 c. plain yogurt
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese (low-fat)
    1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
    2 eggs
    1 tomato, thinly sliced
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease pie plate (9-inch).
    Spread spinach or broccoli in plate.
    Beat yogurt, cottage cheese, baking mix, margarine and eggs until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
    Pour into plate.
    Before baking, top with tomato; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Then, bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
