Corn Casserole(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen corn, thawed and drained
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    bacon strips
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all together and place in baking dish.
    Top with bacon strips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
